Price fixing/halt

Don't know for sure, but my isolated banking account for ISOL went up from yesterday to today ( when no trading done -halt - in ISOL stock) by approximatel the correct amount that would be represented by the .03 cent drop--that took place in the last 30 secinds of trading last Monday.
Question" Has a similar thing occurred to others bank accounts regarding ISOL???????
