Anyone wishing to sell their shares can....FYI - anyone wishing to sell the shares could’ve done so anytime during this whole time and you still can if you so wish to. All you have to do is call your brokerage and have them sell your Canadian position on the US exchange.
This is is the same as ATT awhile back. (I did this and made out great when it started trading in Canada again) Days ago someone posted the CTO from the BC commission. It clearly states as long as you’re not an insider you may go ahead and sell your shares on the US exchange.
If you’re not happy cell and get off the board cut your losses now. I’m going to be waiting till the end of September when the US feds protects hemp farming and ISOL explodes.
