same old ICS
same old ICSI remember back, during the period immediately after the dot.com bust the market was looking for any reason to go up. Any positive news would jolt the market upwards, however; ICS would go in the other direction...much like today. Many people welcomed the taper, seeing it as a sign of improvement (mind you I believe just the opposite) and most stocks responded accordingly. Bust ICS goes in the other direction. Don't get me wrong, I thinl ICS has much brighter days ahead, but it's just amusing to me that when all go up, they go down.
