Looking ForwardWhile I know we are not happy with this deal in terms of what is expected to be paid for ITC, I would love to know if anyone here plans to take a postition in LTRX either by selling their ITC shares and buying LTRX or taking the cash and shares offered?
Crappy Deal for ITC Aside....
1. It gives ITC shareholders a Nasdaq Listing and US Exposure through the LTRX Shares.
2. It gives ITC shareholders new management and a new board of directors.
3. It maintains exposure to the IOT Space.
4. LTRX appears to be better at promoting itself.
5. LTRX will have about 28 million Shares Outstanding after the deal closes. Small Float.
