RE:RE:Looking ForwardIt's clear to me they both needed help to go to the next level.  It's a gamble no doubt.  If the true thought from ITC and LTRX is that they are better together, then they should have done an all stock deal.  Deciding what to do seems more complicated.  It reduces risk to the downside in the case LTRX SP takes a dump, but it also limits gains to the upside.  Essencially LTRX already is in control of ITC's daily SP.  This could be a clue the LTRX might be looking for one more purchase and the dilution of their shares will be greater than 4 mil they will issue for ITC.
