Jimlong1, I agree with what you are saying.  All I'm trying to convey is that ICS appears to be very involved and committed to their business.  Contracts, however small, are being signed, they're still on the technology radar, still interacting and doing what is necessary to build themselves.   Honestly, I'm not at all informed on the whole Glenda situation and her history.  But one thing I had noticed was that ICS objectives were never as clear prior to her introduction.  Has anyone heard of any more details as to why she left?
