ICS is battling back.If people think this stock is overpriced at .18 cents remember it was at $1.20 a few years ago. They've had a bad few years but I think the smart phone, e-reader and tablet revolution will and has already brought new life to this company. They are hiring in Seattle, Vancouver and Asia. They seem to have a real expertise in the fast growing Android segment. Not saying the share price will get back to $1.20 anytime soon, but I'm optimistic that in the not too distant future .18 cents will seem dirt cheap
