I would love this stock to go up but if it goes down i would not mind either because the upside potential is very high with ICS, inspite of what others think. At the cost I'm averaged in at, it would make no difference to me. My holdings range in price from 5.40 down to .04. If ICS does not come up with some "material change" soon , it will head lower. And that is ok. As I have repeatedly stated on this board you have to hand it to ICS....They have endured.
