not sure what to think anymore...
not sure what to think anymore... It appears, especially after the last two conference calls, that ICS is losing its direction and/or running out of options to grow its business. They appear to be adopting a much more relational position in the industry, making their potential for success too dependant on others. But I still can't help to applaud these guys is some ways...they are still kicking and attracting attention. Not sure if my observation is based on reason or on the number of shares I've been holding for so long....
