I remember back, during the period immediately after the dot.com bust the market was looking for any reason to go up.  Any positive news would jolt the market upwards, however; ICS would go in the other direction...much like today.  Many people welcomed the taper, seeing it as a sign of improvement (mind you I believe just the opposite) and most stocks responded accordingly.  Bust ICS goes in the other direction.  Don't get me wrong, I thinl ICS has much brighter days ahead, but it's just amusing to me that when all go up, they go down.
