- this was maybe the only publicly traded company with an even number of directors...lol
- now the investors have to provide food for 7.....could have been 5...but no one wanted to give up
   the seat at the table!!!

BB - T....7 directors
                                 
                                 LOL

- why does this small company need 7 directors?
- can we investors afford 7 directors?
- what did director #6 bring to the table?
