Is that ITC policy natios? Companies set their own "blackout" policies - there is no hard and fast regulation on it. Some err on the side of over cautious, others less so. So if this is indeed ITC policy to have a blackout on insiders from the end of the quarter until the results are released, would you be so kind as to post that here.
