If you match the broker with the buyback the last two days you can see that there is buying from that broker again today so presumably the company is active.
Prior to the quarter the company was buying north of $1.80 so with a very strong Q4 and postive outlook for 2018 albeit lumpy I would have to think that they should be buying every share to their daily limit they can at this level.
