This company's balance sheet is way over capitalized with cash sitting idly doing nothing. The CFO should know better.

If your both long as you say then you clearly think the NAV and the value of the company is worth far greater then where it is currently trading. 

Clearly small caps are out of favour, so the opportunity for the company to buyback its stock with a NAV of say $2.50 per share for only $1.35 is a tremendous allocation of capital. And its a permanent reduction of shares (not temporary) that will result in a higher value per share ie $2.75 NAV using the same applied multiple.

If i were managment i would buyback every share i can at these levels if the outlook for 2018 is as positive as they suggested on the last call.
