I agree. The turnover below $1.50 since November represents almost half of the shares outstanding. Also the offers are starting to look a little thinner then they have in previous weeks. Hopefully we are close to getting sellers fatigue.  Combine that with what appears a much improved outlook, insiders buying, and a technical cross that appears likely in the next two weeks and we could be positioned for the next leg up.
