You can go back 3 years and we were trading at 1.47 - so where is the shareholder value? Why do we continue to limp along? My guess is that the market would like to see some actual EPS rather than EBITDA. ITC is a micro cap - so I don't buy into the theory that "all" of the money is chasing pot or any other sector. The market will find and buy good stories ITC simply doesn't seem able to to generate EPS on a consistent basis. Couple that with the fact they seem to be able to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory with great regularity, and its no wonder ITC doesn't get awarded a bigger multiple.
