The share buyback.....that they can issue new ones...lol
that is what it is all about.....no investor made any money....only Mgmt and BOC.
This is a dog....look at the past 10 years when the "new mgmt" took over.
And then the BOD "new brains" 2 years ago....but needed even more brains....how can a small outfit like this feed so many brains???
