RE:what is 3.38 usd deal ?Because the deal includes LTRX Stock then ITC is pinned to how LTRX trades. 3.38 was the closing price that the deal was based on. Since LTRX will have to issue new shares to pay for the aquisition their Shares Outstanding will be diluted some. Hence the price drop. There is no guarantee ITC will ever trade at 1.68 or LTRX will ever trade at 3.38 before the deal closes.
