RE:RE:Check Out The LTRX Conference Call Lantronix failure to answer the simple question as to how this deal came about simply reinforces the shadiness of this deal. The timing of the deal is insane. A few weeks away from from Q3 results and after a recent series of strong contract anouncement supported by mgnt providing some color as to what is coming down the pipe. A decent 3rd Q followed by a loaded 4th Q which would of probably provided ITC its best year yet.
At the 25:45 min mark he is ask to provide a breakdown of the top 5 ITC customers. ITC largest client represents about 20% of revenues and they're in the flight entertainment business. They will shortly be followed by a second client that is currently ramping up and they will be equal in size to the current No 1 client!!!!
When ITC first anounced its "Strategic Review" I said finally something is going to happen. My preference was for ITC to be bought out instead of them buying someone out, as my faith in MGNT and the board was ZERO. But who was "Roth Capital?
