BOD has done nothing for the shareholders in the past and the present.

The two "new brains" on the BOD for almost 5 years now, did not bring any new ideas to move the company in a new direction, or give them positive exposure to the markets, new investors or partners.

A total waste of investors time and money.
Only having a place at the table to feed!!!
