RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:VoteAgree - I dont think we are at that point either.  Not hard to raise capital if you have business and contracts in hand.

I doubt that would be an issue - but the Specail Committee might try to hang their hat on that, since there does not seem to be any reason to be selling the company at this point - other than certain parties wish that to be so.
