Ah my bad, in reality is should be but the vultures are more ruthless than anticipated.so you don't hold shares. Glad to see trolls never quite! And ah yes the red flags. They were there I admit. I was critical on many aspects, but for it to turn out like this is something else. 97.25% of the company for 60 mil in debt relief. Who couldve seen that coming.
