....and the going private is the least attractive at this time.Debenture holders want equity in the company while a third party is waiting in the wings with a shiit load of cash....let the games begin...

Any real offer and the board has to notify shareholders. So no legit offer presented yet I guess

No ...just in discussions right now.The next time they halt the stock we will know.I guess the good news is its going to survive this debenture situation but in what shape or form remains to be seen.
