Green Growth news - what will they take from IAN

Green Growth Brands (CSE: GGB) announced last night after the bell that it has essentially lost its Florida assets, which comprise of Seven Oaks Greenhouses. The loss of the asset is the result of the company failing to uphold its portion of a forbearance agreement between into place with certain creditors, referred to as Green Ops Group.

I still think you think GGB is who we are indebted to rofl.
Comment by TeamEddie on Jun 27, 2020 2:56pm
I still think you placed a bet and are about to lose GGP is dropping the hammer

Good, if they want to play hardball then I can't wait to see them in court trying to explain why they wouldn't act in good faith. They will have to accept cash money from one of the interested parties. No cherry picking assets and trying to get them on the cheap.

Buddy they signed a contract with terms and IAN did not meet their obligations no battle
Comment by GhostmyDck on Jun 30, 2020 6:44am
Okay. They have 96 million without anything specified against it. the company has over 400 million in assets. And contracts don't allow you to destroy a company and not accept a reasonable buyout.
Comment by TeamEddie on Jun 30, 2020 11:08am
IAN no longer owns what GGP decides to claim and yes that is what contracts are for to make sure they get their money back if IAN defaulted
Comment by GhostmyDck on Jun 30, 2020 11:40am
Yes but doesn't mean they can't be paid out to get their money. They have no claim over specific assets so unless they come to a resolution with management it will be a drawn out battle before they can actually take any assets

IAN is not in control they are, Hadley did it
Comment by GhostmyDck on Jun 30, 2020 2:25pm
If that was the case GGP would have gotten the collateral granted by the company already

you are just saying things you think not based on what the actual process is  we will have clarity by Friday at the latest
Comment by GhostmyDck on Jul 01, 2020 9:02am
Lol ok Eddie. I was going off the actual act process.... Friday you say. I'll put on my Sunday best in anticipation.
Comment by TeamEddie on Jul 01, 2020 3:19pm
no you were going off you guess at how the contract works
Comment by GhostmyDck on Jul 03, 2020 9:16am
Lol Friday you say eh. Just another shot in the dark. Maybe after hours? Or did you mean like the first Friday of August? Lol
Comment by TeamEddie on Jul 03, 2020 9:46am
Today after the close would be when they drop bad news
Comment by GhostmyDck on Jul 03, 2020 10:08am
Lol ok. It makes no difference after or during or before market today. No one is trading anywhere. Both exchanges halted. But keep pumping on the Friday release. You throw enough darts you are bound to be right.
Comment by TeamEddie on Jul 03, 2020 3:14pm
An after the close Friday release would not be a positive, they are timed that way hoping people do not make emotional reactions  I already said it is either real bad or an offer the amount of time leads me to think offer but if not trouble
