Prediction of 0.15 or less a reality

Prediction of 0.15 or less a reality

No money or ability to raise money to promote new products on a dimishing market place. To take an unporven product with high royalty costs and higher production costs will place the products to high priced ont eh contracted market.
Information from the company was trying to indicate that there are markets going to develop. This was just rumoured to stop the free fall of share price. Didn't work as the same business dynamics still exist.

Managment knows that the use of the antenna technology is not competative in the cell phone markets. Too cheap to use anonize aluminum. Now they are talking using them on utilities to read inside meters...cheaper to move the meters outdoors and read them manually.
This company is run by financers and not real businessmen. Now they can't raise money on the markets for many years to come. New direction and managment is needed or there will be a buyout.

With share outstanding at about 50 million the value of the propietary products is not that much. Especially in light of the cost to actually realise a cashflow. Personally the assets or patents would be worth about 1-2 million or about 0.02 cents per share.

Can the price per share reach 0.02? If there is no business and no money ...YES.

Is the company worth 10 million? Not likely. That would mean 0.20 cents per share outstanding.

Can managment find a merger for more capital? They can hope someone will take them over as a merger but that is not likely to happen.

More likely to get delisted and go the way of the DODO bird.
