RE:RE:RE:Big drop $1.5K2 Fund is selling their previous shares. They had a balance of 3.4M shares (acquired at 1.65) that was increased to 10.4M shares with the last PP. They will want to decrease their position over time (they are overweight in this stock) and keep the warrants. To make good money, they will need the share price to go well over $2.35 to exercise their warrants of the second PP they did. I prefer to be on the same side than institutions. Even if K2 Fund didn't participate in the 3 PP and was fulfilled by investors from Canaccord, they would also sell a portion of their investment and have the warrants in play.
