you're missing the point. The people gene rubs shoulders with "Tell" governments what to do. Governments are simply the lap dogs to these people. If gene is diving into this market right now, he has been told its going to get legalized. You have to read between the lines when these high level people make a move. Government is just their to do what they are told and distract us. That's why the call it "Political Theatre" . Its just entertainment for the masses. Gene knows otherwise.
