These warrants remain....I did jump out and will reenter soon. (Sorry)
These warrants were in the money or are in the money right now, as their strike prices have been/were hit. Expiry dates are around the corner...we will not know what got exercised or gets exercised until we get a quarterly or annual report. Whether they dilute (find/found their way into the public float) or not and affect share price movement is anyones guess. Warrants Strike Expiry Date
1,000,000 1.50 October 25 , 2018
1,000,000 1.50 October 25 , 2018
9,262,500 1.75 November 24 , 2018
578,548 1.75 December 1, 2018
When warrants are exercised to new holders its hard to tell what those individuals will do....I for one will be glad when they are all finally expired. I am hoping that the 25$ million of debt financing will carry us forward with out new warrants being issued.
Warrants
Most stock warrants are similar to call options in that they provide the holder the right, but not the obligation, to buy shares of a company at a specified price (strike price) before the warrant expires. Unlike an option, a warrant is issued by the company instead of an option writer.
For example, if the warrant has a strike price of $20 per share and the market price of the stock rises to $25 per share, the investor can redeem the warrant and buy the shares for $20 per share. If the stock never rises above the strike price, the warrant expires, so it becomes worthless.
Gonna be a real interesting Quarterly in the first quarter of 2019 and annual report as well.
