Well book value can be manipulated and overstated at times, I would estimate a lic to grow and sell would be worth 30 to 50 million. think invictus has two currently or 3?, invictus has plant and equipment, land etc. land not worth much 20 million?. cash on hand ? 20 million? inventory 3 to 5 million....... I have not checked financial statements for a while. just emailed to find out when they report. I thought HIP was way overvalued a while back at 400million, went to 250million cap ( 50 million cash on hand) still i thought gene was worth more based on sq ft etc. but thought 30 cent per share. now i own hip. Lets see some revenue! fron gene. I agree that simmons doesnt inspire but really hurting or helping. It is concerning when video on site all he is worried about is telling us to make your own mind uo etc, new president says alot but doesnt really explain any nuts and bolts. so its great that gene has all boxes checked, medical,german,recreational,cbd,usa listing, but why is stock lower? they have not delivered yet
