should be receiving the second payment of $332,000 From MMB sometime this month with respect to the termination of the management services agreement with MMB, CAV should have $666,000 in the kitty now (minus the $50,000 they paid to Gubier Marambio as part of the Virginia project) - Tom seems to have gone completely silent on what I suspect is a deal gone bad.
