JK.v continues expansion as it seeks to improve margins. Just Kitchen (TSXV: JK), a ghost kitchen company focused in Asian markets, has had a highly eventful month so far. In addition to implementing margin improvement strategies after a rapid growth phase, the company recently announced the launch of C’mon Eat Mini Hot Pot and Pizza Central NY style food brands.
The two new food brands were launched in Taiwan, where the food market is worth over US$43 billion. This is the fifth highest per capita spending on food products globally. Management has stated these brands were launched based on strong consumer trends, giving them confidence in the launch.
With the company continuing its rapid growth and now focusing more on improving margins, I’m keeping an eye on updated financial reports to spur a rebound from current lows.
JK.v is currently trading at $.27, valued at $20.3 million.
