How much longer can JNN survive...... It has been a junior explorer ever since i can remember ( When Dines was touting uranium as the next big play ) and they have absolutely nothing to show for it. A financing down at these levels is certainly out of desperation to survive IMHO.

Early, I agree. A secondary at this level dilutes us all, and doesn't lend much confidence in self serving Kusmirski.  JNR is not a mining company. Its a holding company sitting on thousands of acres(hectares) of proven and prospective assets. Instead of further shafting shareholder confidence, why not sell some of numerous claims? That is what Denison did yesterday in disposing US
