what's going on?  
Is this a mistaken reaction to rumours concerning jet.com and walmart?  

Are Canadian investors able to make trades on this situation?

I've asked that question to RY, apperently not with them, the halt is still in effect on the Canadian side and they don't have access to the grey sheets. Still waiting on Ceder or even to find a working contact.
