RE:RE:RE:Conestoga's Little AdventureBecause the incompetent Doug Ford government at first made opening a store like playing the lottery and didn't allow LPs to build stores on site. There still are none of these btw so JWCA was only able to apply once they changed the rules in January 2020. Typical government intervention messing it up.
