For the information you asked, you should only be concerned with looking for 2 documents, the MANAGEMENT INFORMATION CIRCULAR ("MIC") and the ANNUAL INFORMATION FORM ("AIF").

The MIC was released on 17th April 2018 and the AIF on 02nd April 2018.

The other acronym; the SEDI website, discloses all personal Insider Trading, Share and Options ownership positions for NEO's, Insiders and BoD members.

SEDI is also important in that you will see up-to-date information here whereas MIC's and AIF's are annual filings only.
