As the treat of trade war between USA & China start to escalate everyone is worried. USA start to retreat on promoting the Electric Vehicles while on the other side of the world "China" is agressively advancing and to become the leader on Electric Vehicles (https://www.channelnewsasia.com/news/commentary/freezing-us-fuel-standards-may-heat-up-chinese-auto-industry-10586780). China has the largest trading partner in the world today in terms of continents and the population of people, it comprised the entire Asia, Africa, Europe, Rusia, South America such as Brazil and including India also part of Asia, these are the future of Electric Vehicles that China will fucos on the robust economy and could possibly cripple the USA economy in the future if the USA will remain on its trade war in the world. Recently the Chinese President visited the African continent to strengthen more on the economic & relationship, I believe this could be the part as the preparation against the trade war escalated by the USA and to protect China's interest to become the world leader on Electric Vehicles & the zero carbon emmission on the atmospher.



Recently "Maga international" strike deal with China for its Electric Vehicle components see the linked ( https://www.thestar.com/business/2018/06/18/aurora-based-magna-strikes-deal-with-chinas-largest-electric-vehicle-maker.html ) this is why China is ahead with the USA in terms of Electric Vehicles and ready to take off the Fight for its new world. 
Now it is very clear the position of "Katanga Mining" and its future to be the sole and the largest  supplier of cobalt in the world.
