China Molybdenum (CMCLF) PE may be comparable since 85% its earning comes from its DRC Tenke Fungurume mine. CMCLF is currently traded at PE 11.5. It was at PE20 early this year. The share price was cut by half in the last few months. By the way Tenke Fungurume mine C1 cash cost was negative $1.08 (-$1.08) per pound of copper for the first half of 2018. Therefore KAT C1 cash cost will most likely be negative when the 2nd train in full prodution next year since KAT mines have higher copper and cobalt grades than Tenke mine. Another possible example is Randgold (GOLD) who operates a large gold mine in DRC. Randgold is currently traded at PE26.
