In fact there has been a lot of limit buying orders and executions that have happened since mid Sept. I figure most PM's will and are currentlying rotating into base metal equities as they are cheaply valued and demand for base metals especially Cu is very strong. 

I do expect a rally in base metal equities in Q4 2018 

Again, the trade war fear has been overblown, and China has increase its infrastrucutre stimulus spending as well as lowered the reserve requirements for banks in order to lend out more money to companies that need them. Construction activity in China has been robust and will continue to be as the demand for real estate and new infrastructure spending will prop up local activities.
