OSC Reporting Deadlines

Regardless of what it has previously guided, I believe the Company still has plenty of time to make the Interim Financial Statement disclosure under Part 4 of NI 51-102 Continuous Disclosure Obligations. Read here:

"A reporting issuer that is not a venture issuer must file... interim financial statements 45 days after the end of the interim period".

Further, for a reporting issuer that is not a venture issuer, and has a Year End of January 31 Y/E, the Q3 Report (October 31, 2018) has a Filing Due Dates of December 17-18.
