I meant concerns with a potential civil war as it seems there is at least a realistic possibility the region is headed in that direction given the election issues and the rhetoric from opposition members. Obviously a civil war would likely cripple miners ability to bring product to market.
So far it would seem few here or in the wider market seem overly concerned.
