RE:RE:RE:RE:Katanga at the Glencore Conference callAcid plant cost hasn't been reported in earnings yet?  Would have assumed it had been as its been in the plan for years. 

They are taking out loans from banks (with Glencore's guarantee) to help finance day to day operations.  I guess their plan was that in 2019 they would be fully self sufficient and could operate using the cash generated from operations.  With the Cobalt sales halted they need some sort of bridge financing.
