.... @Lech1988 just as I predicted... ION exchange circuit still a mythical non-event created because it sounds smart; technical. Prudent.

= Smoke & Mirrors.

"Suddenly", and also as I have predicted, better Grade Control & more precise Mining & Segregation of ore types has allowed the production of 930t of Co contained in hydroxide that is fully compliant.

There will be no ION exchange circuit.

Glencore will control the flow of this valuable energy metal (together with Kinshasa's tacit approval (... nudge nudge, wink wink...) and they will blend away the radiometric count of what remains.
