Yes exactly my point - if they buy out the rest of the listed shares then Glencore is free (as long as Gecamines is onboard) to withhold any amount of supply they need to correct the imbalance in the market without having to answer to any minority shareholders. 

With KAT publicly listed it make it much harder to restrict sales/exports for a period of time without a reason (in this case the "radiation" issue) as it will hurt the bottom line of the company and our equity value.  As minority shareholders we want as much Cobalt sold as possible, but Glencore who has many other Cobalt assets is inclined to stop offtake of material if they don't have an end buyer and the metal price risk isn't hedgable (unlike other metals).   

Our interests are simply not aligned.
