ERG exploring sale of DRC assets to the Chinese
Bloomberg reporting that Eurasian Resources Group is exploring a sale of its DRC assets to the Chinese...this should really worry western car makers. If this happens Glencore's assets are the only known substantial supply growth in the market that won't be Chinese owned. If they pull the plug and deem the DRC too risky then the Chinese will likely swoop in and buy the assets completing their stranglehold on the cobalt supply chain.
