RE:RE:RE:Glencore 2019 Half-Year Report - KAT Related

RE:RE:RE:Glencore 2019 Half-Year Report - KAT RelatedIt seems like KAT is little bit of a pain in the *** for Glencore, so why not sell the troubled asset to Chinese? I have a feeling Chinese always are looking to strenghten their world domination in base metals. Why wouldn't they like to own two largest Cobalt mines in the world? China Moly already owns the majority of the #2 mine.

It would be intresting to see Glencore sell their stake in KAT to Chinese. The only issue might be the price: Despite all the problems and hiccup's, Glencore would not sell its entire stake at CAD 2.00 per share, as KAT is way more valuable. Which leads us back to the question: why is the stock trading at 0.40 when 2.00 per share would be (most likely) too little to buy Glencore's stake in KAT?
