Topdop they will sell 40,000 tons of cobalt for their clients. 1% profit which is way way low will result in 2$ SP a whopping 1000% appreciation. You are a total non sense. I agree this is Kat  board. I did buy and sell Kat a couple of times. Waiting for legal issues to resolve.
