10% Shareholder Reporting Threshold - CSA
According to Canadian security law, only shareholder having 10% or more total shares is required to disclose and report selling or buying. BlackRock has about 3.3% Katanga Mining shares and does not need to disclose or report if it acquires or sells KAT shares. The true is that nobody including Bloomberg knows whether or not BlackRock has sold or bought any KAT shares until 2018 annual report out at the end of March 2019 unless you work for BlackRock or have acess to the information at BlackRock or BlackRock voluntary announces.
