What will happen if the stock price continues to drop ?

What will happen if the stock price continues to drop before the RO expiry date ?

Of course the Rights KAT.RT will be = $zero

But what will Glen do then? will they exerise thier rights and buy shares at $0.1275 but will that increase the price again to C$0.1295? Or just increase the number of shares in the market place and make the price drop futher?

If yes, then why would Glen exercise thier rights at those high RO prices? Unless they see something that we are missing.

Someone is collecting those shares at very low prices, Is Glen/KAT allowed to buy back KAT shares at those low prices?
