Cobalt demand in batteries increased by 10k tonnes per year

Cobalt demand in batteries is projected to increase by more than 10,000 tonnes per year going forward from this year.  Cobalt shortage is coming in the 2nd half of this year. In fact cobalt price has been increasing from January 1 this year despite the coronavirus ourbreak in China and other countries.

Though not as exciting as the advent of the electric car, #cobalt's other end-uses are specialized and critical. The general direction of the global economy will be a good indicator for demand.

Let's hear a forecast on sp... just for giggles not like anyone here has said or predicted anything that has come within a mile of anything. I think I'm ready to part with my 700 000 shares and take the tax credit and start using it for real estate. In the next 5 years with the amount of outstanding shares( it's crazy this addition was actually legal would love to be on the other side ...more

If you can wait until the end of this year or next year, you may see $0.3-0.4 share price.  KAT is about to see big turn around in terms of financial performance since the company will be able to sell more cobalt than it would produce this year (more than 29,000 tonnes of cobalt). Cobalt price is also increasing.  These together with cost saving from self producing acid, will generate ...more

0 chance of this having a PE ratio of 20, maybe 10 at best probably lower
