RE: RE: Jevco sale vs KFS share valueIf book value of KFS is about $5 a share.....AND the JEVCO sale is as close as 95% of the far book value of the asset as stated, that means that the remaining assets of KFS could be valued close to par if sold in a 'best case' scenario. That's the good news the market likes today, in addition to the liquidity per share that KFS gains here. The downside however is that the growth potential of KFS will be reduced significantly so to go beyond the current market cap and further might be challenging.
I sold 2/3 of my position today for a nice profit and am letting the remaining 15k shares ride the wave of the next couple of days with a stop loss at today's lows of $1.72. A move below that would not bode well. With current negative market sentiment I'm good with sitting on more cash than not.
